​How Do I Place An Order?​

Simply select items you want, add them to cart and safely checkout using our online payment system. All payments are privat, safe and secure. Fill in your details and your done.



 

Payment & Shipping

     

Within Australia 
  •  We offer standard shipping on all orders
  •  FREE shipping for all orders over $99
  •  For orders under $99 a flat shipping rate of $10.95 applies.

     $15 for Express Postage. $15 Flat Rate for New Zealand orders, $20 Flat Rate for all other international orders.

• We dispatch all orders within 1 business day. Please remember the postman doesn't work on weekends and public holidays, but we will get your order out to you as soon as possible.

• Once your order is on its way to arriving in your hot little hands, you will receive an email notification with tracking details to follow the progress of your deliver

• Your package should arrive within 3 - 10 business days YAY!!

• Don’t be alarmed if it takes a little longer, especially if your delivery address is remote or rural, sometimes the postman is super busy, especially around public holidays and the festive season.

 

International Shipping 

All prices are in Australian dollars. The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur.

Note: there is no tracking provided on International postage.

All products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on receipt. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing any orders for international shipping. It is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for shipping outside Australia

We accept PayPal payments, Credit Card payments, Direct bank deposit. We also accept Qion payments, when paying with Qion we ask that 70% of the total invoice to be paid in Qion and the remainder 30% of the invoice to be paid by direct bank deposit or PayPal or Credit card. For Qion payments please email your order with style names and sizes to be manually processed, we will reply with payment instructions, the Qion wallet address and a separate invoice for the 20% payment will be sent to you. 

 

Returns & Refunds

Shopping with Active Girls is fun, easy and quick. As it should be!

But if you don't love your item we have a super simple return policy. Making it worry free and easy to shop with us. 

-You can return any full price item within 14 days of purchase for an E- store Credit. 

- Sale items cannot be returned

-All returns will automatically be issued an E-Store Credit that will allow you to purchase a different item or the same item in a different size. Please note if the item has sold out we will be unable to send you the new size / item.

-We only offer store credit for returns, we don't offer refunds.

-We are unable to accept returns for swimwear and activewear for hygiene reasons.

-Please take due care when trying on any product(s)
